Are you planning a trip to Atlanta, Georgia soon?  Do you have family in town?  When travelling anywhere, sometimes it’s hard to find the right hotel to stay at and since Atlanta is such a big city, they have so many hotels, it’s hard to keep track of all of them.  From one star hotels to five star hotels, Atlanta has them all.  After doing some research on some review websites online, I found the top three Atlanta, Georgia hotels online that you should check out.

Intercontinental Buckhead

This luxury hotel is located in the center of Buckhead and is within walking distance of the business district.  Here, you’re going to be in the best location with amenities such as an outdoor pool, an executive based room that makes you feel at home, a very beautiful minibar, a great staff, and so much more.  If you’re looking for a luxury lifestyle for a very reasonable price, try the Intercontinental in Buckhead.  This is possibly one of the best in the area!

JW Marriott Hotel Buckhead Atlanta

This high rise Marriott hotel is located in the prestigious Buckhead area.  This hotel is also connected to the Lenox Square Mall.  Out of the hundreds of hotels located in Atlanta, this hotel has consistently been in the top five on many travel review websites.  Why?  Travellers have said they love the great views, the fast elevators, the amazing staff, and the comfy beds.  If you’re looking for great views of the city and a very nice hotel for it’s value, give this hotel a shot.

Renaissance Concourse Hotel

I looked at a lot of hotel pictures based in Atlanta and this hotel has one of the best interiors imgainable.  From the ground floor to the ceiling atrium, your room can overlook into the lobby below.  Near the airport, this hotel is in a very good location and once you walk in, you won’t believe what you get for what you paid.  Some of the features you’ll find here are the outdoor and indoor pools, a ballroom, restaurant equipped with a bar, flat screen TVs and so much more.

Whether you’re planning on taking a trip to Bend, Oregon or you live in the area and you have no idea what to do, I did some research on some review sites and came up with the top three things to do.  From outdoors type stuff to everything inside,  I always try to pick things out that will cater to just about everyone, regardless of your interests.  Here’s what I came up:

High Desert Museum

Are you interested in learning more about Oregon’s culture and animals?  If so, this would be the place for you to visit.  From an exhibit on how a timber mill operates to great exhibits solely on wildlife, you’ll leave this museum learning a lot more about Oregon’s culture.  Not only does this museum focus on the wildlife such as trees, bugs, etc, you’ll also be able to see live animals here such as the wildcats.  If you have kids, this is a must see and even if you don’t, it’s still a blast!

Newberry National Volcanic Monument

If you’re fascinated with volcanoes or you just want to see a piece of Oregon culture, definitely plan on visiting the Newberry National Volcanic Monument.  Formed in 1990, the U.S. Forest Service designated this 50,000 acre+ area a national monument, which one of the newest in the United States.  Here, you’ll find lakes, lava flows, and breath taking views.

Cog Wild Bike Tours

If you by chance bring your bikes or you don’t have any, consider visiting Cog Wild Bike Tours.  Here, you’ll get a guided tour on your bikes and you’ll be able to experience some great views!  Cog Wild features one day trips, weekend trips, and just about anything you can think of.  If you’re unfamiliar with the area or you’re just looking for something new and exciting, consider this great outdoor adventure.

Are you planning a trip to Akron, Ohio anytime soon and are looking for the best place to stay?  Since it’s hard to find the best hotel sometimes, I did a little bit of research on some online review sites to see what hotels are truly the best for your value.  I took pricing, amenities, and customer service all into consideration.  Here are the top three hotels in Akron, Ohio.

Hampton Inn – Akron South

There’s a reason why Hampton Inn falls in the top three in just about every city.  It’s because of their high class rooms and service for a very reasonable price.  Besides the free breakfast, you’re going to find yourself treated to a very beautiful bed and room all for a price you can’t beat!  From the indoor pool to the great location in Akron.  This may be the best hotel for the price and the location alone.

Quality Inn and Conference Centers

Don’t let this name fool you.  If you’ve stayed at a Quality Inn before, you probably already know what to expect.  If you haven’t been to this particular location,  I’ll give you a little inside information on what it has to offer for you.  This hotel is 6 miles from downtown and offers an outdoor pool, a very nice complimentary breakfast buffet and a very reasonably priced room.

Radisson Inn at Akron/Fairlawn

This Radisson Inn is unlike no other in Akron.  From a very easy to sleep on mattress to the wonderful customer service, you probably won’t be disappointed when you leave this hotel after your stay here.  This Radisson is located near Sea World and besides the great location, you’ll also get very nice sized rooms with pull out sofas and more.  If you’re looking for a more family oriented room, you’ll want to check out this Radisson.

Plan on making a trip to Ann Arbor, Michigan soon to visit family or attend a University of Michigan football game?  Well, if you’re coming from out of town, I’m sure you’re going to need a hotel for the night. Since it’s always hard to know what hotel is the best in the area, I did a little research from a few review sites and came up with the top three hotels in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  Here they are:

Hampton Inn – North

There are 2 Hampton Inns in Ann Arbor, so don’t get this confused.  If you’re looking for a nice quiet location, you’ll want to keep this Hampton Inn in mind.  From their wonderful comfy beds to their great free breakfast, there’s a reason why the Hilton chain remain on top of the best hotel lists.  Here, you’re going to be less than a mile away from the University of Michigan and about 4 miles from downtown Ann Arbor.

Courtyard by Marriott

Marriott chained hotels are everywhere and receive great grades across the board.  The nice thing about this Marriott is the location.  Located about 2 miles from the campus, you’re going to pay a reasonable price for a very nice hotel room.  From a nice pool and hot tub area to a very nice breakfast, this hotel also features complimentary Internet access and free cable including HBO.

The Kensington Court Hotel

The Kensington Court Hotel is a smaller hotel but if you’re looking for a modern hotel with nothing but great reviews, you’ll want to consider this hotel.  Located a half mile from the University and the mall area, this is by far the best hotel to pick if you care about location and price.  This hotel features an indoor pool, a business center, and very reasonable prices for what you get in a room.

Whether you’re planning on visiting relatives or seeing friends in Ames, it’s sometimes hard to pick and choose the best hotel without doing a little research.  This is where we come in.  We did some research online and found the 3 best hotels that are located in Ames, Iowa.  We reviewed some basic travel websites and came up with this list:

Country Inn and Suites Ames

If you’re looking for a place to take the family, this is it.  The rooms as if they are a small apartment.  Equipped with a silverware, a kitchen, comfy beds, and more, there’s no reason to even go home when you stay here.  From a friendly staff to the pool and hot tub, the Country Inn should be on your list to stay if you’re considering a visit to Ames.

Quality Inn and Suites – Starlite

Whether you’re looking for a night on the town or a cheaper place to stay, you may want to consider the Quality Inn and Suites.  If you’ve stayed at a Quality Inn before, you already know what you’re getting yourself into.  Set 5 minutes from the airport and about 10 minutes from the University, this is a great hotel to stay at if you’re worried about the location.  This hotel features amenities such as free breakfast and an indoor pool.

GrandStay Residential Suites

From a suite based room for a reasonable rate to an indoor pool, the GrandStay Residential Suites are a must see if you’re in or around Ames.  From the very modern nice rooms to the friendly office staff, you won’t be disappointed when you check into your room.  This hotel features free breakfast, a pool, and everything you would want in a suite!
