946437_c_When we travel we often like to bring our buddies along, those being pets.   It may be too expensive to board them, and bringing them along will make the trip even more fun.  Not only is boarding expensive, we feel guilty for dropping them off, and worry about them while we’re supposed to be enjoying our vacation.

If you’re looking to find pet friendly hotels, there are several to choose from. You no longer have to worry about your pet, but instead enjoy your time with them while traveling!  Listed below are a list of hotels that welcome your pets to stay the night!

Marriott hotels – Marriott is a large company that owns a lot of hotels.  Not only does Marriott allow pets, but so do it’s partners!  Consider a few of these hotels when traveling with your pet!

  • Courtyard Marriott
  • Fairfield Inn Marriott
  • Marriott Hotels and Resorts
  • Renaissance Hotels and Resorts
  • Residence Inn Marriott
  • SpringHill Suites Marriott
  • TownePlace Suites Marriott

Holiday Inn – This name is well known because of the several locations it has!  You will find that Holiday Inn has hundreds of pet friendly hotels, so be sure to keep them in mind!

Best Western – At  Best Western there are 1,800 different locations where pets are more than welcome!

La Quinta – You may also notice that La Quinta allows pets at certain locations!

Days Inn – Days Inn is another hotel that is well known.  Not only is it a great hotel, but it also allows pets!

There are several different hotels scattered all over the place that allow pets.  Don’t worry about boarding, but instead bring your buddy along with you to enjoy the trip!  To find the right hotel, consider a few of these for your choice!  Just make sure that the exact location you’re looking to stay at allows pets!

Airline tickets can be quite expensive, when you factor in your checked in luggage fees, and everything else.  But when you’re looking for a great deal online, there are so many places that you can turn to in order to find dirt cheap airline tickets.  Here are some tips that you can use in order to save money on your next flight.

Use price comparison engines - There are so many great websites online, and a few of my favorites are Kayak, and Travelocity.  Both of them allow you to input a search on where you want to go, and they will come back with the cheapest airlines out there.  It’s a great way to find the cheapest place to fly if you’re not loyal with a particular airline.

Try deal sites like TravelZoo - TravelZoo is by far one of my favorite sites on the web.  I’ll tell you how it works, and how it can save you a lot of money.  If you’re just looking for dirt cheap prices, and you don’t care where you’re going, TravelZoo is the way to go.  Every Wednesday, they showcase the top 20 cheapest places to go, and some of the places that you can go to are amazing.  A while back, I was able to go to Myrtle Beach for as little as $30 a night on the water!  It’s 100% free to join, and well worth it.

Sign up for an airline credit card - If you don’t want to pay anything at all, you may want to look into a travel reward card.  These cards will enable you to get free airline tickets when you sign up, and when you spend your money.  The more you use your card, the more miles you get.  In the end, the miles will equal free airline tickets!

Try these top three tricks that I use when I’m looking to save on airline tickets, and see if they work for you.

Planning a trip with a big crowd can be stressful, because for starters, it’s going to be hard to get around, but if you plan accordingly, I will give you some tips on how you can find the best the 10 passenger van rentals for your group.

If you’re going to travel with 10 or less, I highly recommend that you look into getting a big passenger van, rather than 2 cars.  This is going to make it a lot easier for you, and your crowd to get around, rather than worrying about the 2 cars losing each other.

What car rental companies offer these vans?

Many of the major car rental companies offer 10 passenger vans.  The best place to start is by using sites like Priceline to compare all of the rental car companies at once.  You’ll simply want to input that you’re looking for a larger van.  By doing this search, you’ll be able to see what companies can cater your needs.  The reason I like Priceline is because you can bid on rental car companies, which can save you even more money, it’s a great feature that works!

What kind of van should I get?

There are a handful of 10 passenger vans on the market.  If you want to know what’s out there, here are a few that you can consider…

  • Ford E350
  • Chevy Express
  • GMC Savana
  • Ford Econoline

The list can go on, but these are the most popular ones on the market, that you will most likely find at the rental car company.  If you’re looking to rent, and you want to lug around everyone in one car, try out a 10 passenger van, and see how it works for you.

Vegas is a great place to go when you’re looking to have fun at a low, low price.  With so many things to do here, your head may be spinning, but if your motive is to save money, I wanted to give you some fun ideas that you can use in order to have cheap, yet a lot of fun.

Take advantage of free alcohol

If you’re a drinker, and you hate paying $5 for a beer at any bar, sit around the quarter slots, and wait for some waitresses to come by.  Tell them that you want any drink, it’s going to be free.  From there, whenever they come back with your drink, order another one.  99% of the time, they won’t give you grief.

Get a coupon book from the hotel

No matter where you stay, you’ll find that most hotels have huge coupon books.  You’ll most likely get one at check in.  If you don’t, ask for one to see if you can get it.  These are usually filled with vouchers, buy one get one frees, free gifts, and more.  It’s a great way to save on many things around the Vegas strip.

Sign up for the player’s club cards

Every casino has some sort of player’s club.  If you sign up for most of them, they will give you a free gift.  A lot of the times, it will be either free food, a few dollars to spend on the slot machines, or even a t-shirt, etc.  If you don’t mind giving your name, and address out, you can walk away with a lot of free vouchers, and lots of food!  It’s a great way to eat for free.

Sit through a timeshare if you have the time

If you have four hours to spare, look for the timeshare booths all over the Vegas strip, and in the hotels.  They will give you great rewards just for signing up to listen to a sales pitch.  Now, keep in mind that it’s hard to tell them no, but if you’re aggressive enough, you can walk away with some pretty great gifts.  I tried one once and received a $50 gift card, 3 hotel stays, and 2 show vouchers.  It was well worth the four hours!

As you can tell by now, Vegas doesn’t need to cost you an arm, and leg.  Instead, try some of these fun tips, and see how much you can save.
