So, you’re looking to get a job at airport, but you don’t know where to start?  Did you know that there are hundreds or careers that can found at or around the airport?  Some require very little experience, while others require an extensive amount of time and an education.  The question today is, “Where do I start when it comes time to finding an airport career?

With the Internet today, there are countless amounts of websites when it comes down to researching jobs, or even finding one.  Your best bet to start off is by simply researching what kind of careers that are out there.  From a flight attendant to an airline pilot, there are a lot to choose from.

Check out some of these websites below when it comes time to find out which career will best suit you.

AvJobs.com:  AvJobs is one of the best websites when it comes down to the aviation industry.  Here, you’ll find hundreds of job openings when it relates to the airport.  From jobs where you don’t need experience to jobs such as an engineer, and a pilot.

Check your local airport:  Depending on where you live, you probably have an airport nearby, and no, it doesn’t have to be big.  Check out your local airport’s website, and look for the careers page.  You’ll be surprised at how many jobs are available.  I did a quick search at my local airport, and found close to 75 jobs across the board.

AirlineJobFinder.com:  AJF is another great site if you’re looking specifically for airline related jobs.  You’re going to find with so many places out there that there are going to be too many jobs from all different sectors.  This is why I always found it easier to look at a specific industry.  It made it a lot easier for me when it came down to my search.
