As part of our airport parking series, today let’s take a look at where you can park, the next time you’re headed to the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Airport, located in Texas.  You’re going to find that you will have a few options that you can choose from.

I did some research and listed below are some options that you can consider, as well as the prices that you will most likely pay for a parking spot.

The Hotels in the Area

If you don’t mind spending the night in a hotel, you can grab yourself a great deal, when you sleep, park your car, and come back a few days/week later.  Here are a few hotels that you may want to consider in the DFW area.

  • Red Roof Inn – 2.4 miles away.  Free shuttle to airport.  Up to 7 days free parking with 1 night stay.
  • Days Inn DFW – 1.5 miles away.
  • Wyndham DFW North – 3 miles from the airport.  Complimentary shuttle service.
  • Studio 6 Dallas – Located between Dallas and Ft. Worth on Highway 114.  Free shuttle.
  • Comfort Suites DFW – They are located just outside the north entrance of the airport.

Parking Outside of the Airport

  • Park “n Fly – Located 3 miles from the airport.  The prices range from $9 a day.
  • Fasttrack – Located about 2 miles from the airport.  Free transportation 24 hours a day.  Ranges from $12 a day.

Parking at the Airport

  • Valet Parking – Leave your car with a valet.  Car will be waiting upon your return.  This runs $21 a day.
  • Close-in Parking:  Garages located directly at each terminal.   A short walk to the gate with over 26,000 spaces!  $17 a day.
  • Car to Gate Parking:  Get dropped off, as well as picked up from your vehicle.  Free water and a newspaper!  This ranges from $10 to $12 a day.
