Hit the promotions (Difficulty Level: Hard) – Every place from a website to your local supermarket is always holding some sort of contest. A lot of these contests generally include some sort of air travel. The next time you see a barrell with some raffle slips laying next to it, simply fill it out and try to win! It never hurts to try and while I know your chances are limited, it never hurts to fill out a little bit of information for free airline tickets .

Vacation packages (Difficulty Level: Easy) – Most websites online like a Travelocity.com offer vacation packages. A lot of the times, you’ll find that the packages you sign up for will throw in something for free. Whether it be a free rental car or an airline ticket, it never hurts to check out the vacation packages. 99 out of 100 times, you’ll save a little bit of cash.

Read a book (Difficulty Level: Moderate) – Believe it or not, there are some industry experts out there that will show you how to fly for free or get tickets a very cheap price. A lot of these books are well worth reading and you can get a lot more information from them compared to this post. Airline Credit Cards (Difficulty Level: Easy) – Did you know that when you sign up for most airline credit cards, you’ll get an airline ticket just for signing up? I know it sounds too good to be true but it really isn’t. If you generally have decent credit, most airlines will give you a ticket just for your business, it’s defintely worth checking out.
