Cheap Food in VegasTaking a trip can to Vegas can be a good one, or it can be a bad one.  I think it all depends on how much you either lose, or win.  Regardless, you’ll have a fun time outside of gambling because of the reasonably priced food, and drinks.  When you find yourself in Las Vegas the next time, I want to give you some pointers on how you can get some free or cheap food.

Join the casino’s player club:  Most player’s clubs are free when you sign up for one.  All they will ask for is your name, e-mail address, address, and that’s about it.  In return, they will usually give you some free food vouchers, and even some free money to gamble at their tables.  This is a great incentive if you’re looking to get some freebies.  With a ton of casinos on the strip, you can get a lot of free food this way.

Ask your hotel for coupons:  If you’re staying at a hotel in Vegas, go up to the front desk, or ask when you check in for coupons.  99% of the time, the hotel will have some sort of buffet or restaurant in there that’s affiliated with them.  When you ask for a coupon, it will range anywhere from buy one, get one free to a certain percentage off.

Pick up a publication:  Vegas has a ton of free papers laying around the strip, and since the competition is generally competitive, you’ll find that these little newsletters have a ton of coupons for you to browse through.  Look through them, and see which ones you’ll be interested in.  If you don’t know how good the buffet will be, check out websites like TripAdvisor.com that give you reviews from travellers like you and I.

Yes, Las Vegas still has great deals when it comes to food, and hotel deals.  With the down economy today, you’re still going to find great deals regardless.  Whether you like the buffets or restaurants, try some of the tips above, and see how much you can save.
