Its not too often that I write a review about a nudist based beach, but what I had found out upon researching beaches is that Haulover is fairly popular online among both nudists, as well as those that just like to explore the beach.

Upon doing some research online, I thought I’d write a review from collecting thoughts among other people.  While I haven’t really been close to this beach, I have been in the area.  Everyone is different with beaches, so I will do my best to tell you what others have thought of it.

What is the beach like?

Upon arriving at the beach, you’re going to have to pay to park.  This price is generally around $5 to $10.  It’s going to change as the times go on, but its really not that expensive.  Once you park, you will enter the tunnel to get to the beach.  Since the beach is clothing optional, you will have to be protected from view from those down the strip.

What are some of the things that people don’t like?

A lot of people have complained the beaches really aren’t that clean.  From being in the area, I can tell you that it is random.  Some days, you’re going to find that the beach is looking good, while other times, it looks as if a hurricane hit it.  Regardless, its not the worst looking beach, nor is it the cleanest in the state.

What do people like about the beach?

The beach is protected with a life guard, as well as police patrol at all times, giving you that sense of security.  Since most people like to get away and feel free, you’re going to find that you can feel quite comfortable here, as no one is going to bother you.

The other thing you’re going to find is that it is probably one of the most quietest beaches on the block, as there are not many families, since children technically aren’t allowed.  When you look at other beaches and think about the noise, its generally children causing all of the noise issues.

Overall, I’ve read nothing but good things about the beach.  The next time you’re in Florida and you’re looking for a clothing optional beach, you may want to consider this popular destination.
