Even though the summer is almost over, you may find that you want to take a trip to your local Six Flags.  Yes, you’ve probably heard of the bad news about Six Flags having to declare bankruptcy, but these amusement parks are still running, and you wouldn’t even know the difference, once you step foot into the park.

Admission prices will vary

You’re going to find that once you get to the gate, you’re going to see that depending on your age, this will determine the price.  For instance, you’re going to find that younger children under the age of 2 are going to be able to get in for free.

How to get those discounts

Over the summer, you’re going to find that Pepsi, or Coke will run special promotions on their cans allowing you to save.  These discounts will generally vary, but it’s a good chunk off the admission price.  Take the can to the gate, and you’ll get your discount.

Try a local store

You’ll find that some local grocery, or department stores in your neighborhood may have tickets that you can buy there.  If you do buy your tickets at the store itself, you’ll see that you can get a discount, compared to when you buy it at the gate.  These tickets can save you about $5-$10.

Try the world wide web

The Internet is filled with a lot of goodies, including coupons.  Whenever I do my searching online, I find that I’ll always look for coupons online, before I make my purchase.  The same will go with Six Flags.  Do a search for “Six Flags discount codes”, and see what pops up for you!
