How important is overcoming the fear of flying? Do you want to fly again? Get help, and you will find that the investment will be well worth it.
Look for clinics: If you want to save money, you may find out that your local area may have some clinics. What you’ll want to do is either Google some self help clinics in your area, or you can ask around. Even calling up the airlines can help you with your fears. Since they want you to fly, you may find that by calling them up, they can set you up with something.
