• Be flexible – It sounds simple, but so many people can only fly on certain days.  If you can fly on any day of the week, or time, you will see a great deal of savings there as well.
• Book direct - Third parties can cost you money, but if you book directly with the airlines, you’ll skip the booking fees, and more.  This trick alone can save you about 5%.
• Sign up for airline credit card - Many credit cards on the market will reward you when you fly.  Some will also give you enough miles when you sign up for a free flight!
• Book early – Don’t wait until the last minute, because this is where the airlines know you’re desperate.  Try, and book a month ahead of time to save on money.
