The Summer is here and if you’re going to be heading out to particular theme parks such as Knotts Berry Farm, I wanted to give you some pointers on how you can find discounted tickets.  One thing that you’re never going to want to do is purchase the tickets at the gate.  This is where you’re going to pay the most money 100%.

#1 Check with a broker online: Your first step is to simply look for a broker online.   What you’re going to want to do is either find a Tickets company that handles something like this, or do a search.  You should be able to find a lot of brokers by doing this.

#2 Hop on eBay: What I like about eBay is that a lot of people dump their goods when they don’t want them.  I’ve seen this happen all the time with discount tickets, as well as a coupons.  People never think to look here, but let me tell you that you can find some killer deals for next to nothing.

#3 Check out local businesses: Just about every theme park out there is going to team up with local businesses.  What you can do is head into any local grocery store, gas station, or anything similar to that.  Look for vouchers or even ask.  You may find that you will be able to snag yourself a pretty good deal.

#4 Consider a season pass: If you’re going to go more than 1-2 times, you may want to look into a season pass.  This can go true with any other theme park.  Season passes really aren’t that expensive.  If you’re interested, it would be something that I would look into.

#5 Buy direct online: By purchasing your tickets online here, you’re going to notice that you can get an online discount.  The discount is a little lower and while this changes, you may find that you will be better off purchasing them online, rather than at the gate.

These 5 tips should easily be able to save you at least 10%.  Test them out the next time your out in the local area.  Just remember that the last thing that you want to do is purchase your tickets at the gate!
