As part of our top 10 airlines series, today I decided to highlight some of the best airlines located across the globe.   A few days ago, I posted what the top 10 airlines were in the United States.  As we all know, we’re not the only country around.  There are billions of other people spread across the world living in many countries.

Again, the list based below are the top 10 airlines located in the world.  These stats are based on customer satisfaction, their revenue, as well as a few other factors.

#1 Singapore Airlines: When people think of this airline, they never really realize how big the airline truly is.  One of the largest fleet of airlines spreading across the globe.

#2 Air France: Air France or KLM has flown more passengers than any other airlines based out of the United States.  Overall, they rank #4.  Even though they are reporting losses, they still state that they have a bright future ahead of them.

#3 Ryanair: This company was in the news as of late when they wanted to charge those on board to use the toilet.  It doesn’t sense to me, but regardless of the issue, they still tend to be one of the top 10 largest airlines in the world.

#4 Cathay Pacific: Another airline that many haven’t heard of.  This particular airline has remained in the top 3.  Many customers online tend to love the customer service that they provide.

#5 Lufthansa: Another airline that has received high marks online.  They tend to have a great customer service program, as well as a frequent flyer program that many tend to enjoy.

#6 Turkish Airlines: Flying to over 100 destinations, many passengers tend to choose this airline solely based on the convenience factor.  While the marks in terms of customer service isn’t the highest on the list, they sure do beat out many of those that fall in the bottom 50%.

#7 Emirates Air: If you do a little research on this company, you’re going to find that they have won numerous awards, making them a great choice for many passengers that tend to fly with them.

#8 Qatar Airlines: This is probably the newest airline on the list.  They have only been around for less than 20 years, but in that time, they sure have accomplished a lot for an airline.  A great example for those other companies to follow!

#9 Thai Airways: No matter where you fly with them, its going to feel as if you’re in Thailand the whole time.  This airline has superior customer service, as they really know how to take care of you.

#10 Malaysia Airlines: Located in Kuala Lumpur, many tend to like this airline.  Their logo means a “moon kite.”
