Idaho Botanical Garden – This is one of the most highly recommended attractions for the area.  It has a beautiful garden and is a major hot spot for tourists.  This is a great place to spend an afternoon with family, friends and/or significant others.  Spare a few hours and check out the beautiful rose, desert, children’s garden and the many more garden arrangements. 

Morrison-Knudsen Nature Center – This is another beautiful place to check out in Boise.  If you’re looking to spend sometime reading a book, having a picnic with others, watching the wildlife or just enjoying an afternoon, be sure to check out this nature center!  It is highly recommended by others and is a great way to spend an afternoon outside.

Old Idaho Penitentiary – This Penitentiary is a really neat place to check out.  It is an old jail and historical building that is very popular.  If interested in going, be sure to spare a few hours.  Most people are here for an average of two hours due to all its interesting facts and items.  This is a great way to spend an afternoon for a very affordable price!
