If you’ve never been to Oregon before, it is a beautiful state!  Some of the scenery is absolutely breathtaking.  Oregon is a great place for skiing, and outdoor winter activities, and has some beautiful weather as well.  Although, if you’re heading your way to Eugene, Oregon, you may be looking for things to do in that area.  Eugene is a smaller town, but don’t let that fool you, you’ll still have a great time!  Not sure what to do on your trip?  Consider a few of these fun attractions!

University of Oregon Museum of Natural History – If you’re a history nut, or love the outdoors, this place is for you!  You’re guaranteed a great time at this museum.  Here, you can experience 15,000 years of Northwest cultural history and 200 million years of geology.  Also, here you can learn about the past, the present, and see what’s headed for the future.

University of Oregon Museum of Art – If you’re an Asian art or modern art lover, you definitely need to check out this museum!  There are several different pieces that will catch your eye, that will leave you satisfied, and able to learn a few different things.  The admission is very affordable, which makes this attraction even more appealing!

Alton Baker Park – If you love the outdoors, there is no better place for you than this park.  Not only can you enjoy a beautiful day outside, but their is plenty of scenery to admire, and a ton of fun things you can do.  There are jogging trails, biking trails, or you can spend your day relaxing, and/or having a picnic.
