So…I recently graduated from Ohio University and have been to almost all of the restaurants in Athens, Ohio, and although I agree with your review (and choice) of Casa Nueva—amazing house-infused liquor, good environment and delectable organic and vegetarian options— I would have to say you are missing some key restaurants. First of all, a new place called Shalaam is very good…it’s mediterranean fare and it can’t really beat for the atmosphere in this region. Also, Stephen’s, a local favorite located on Court St. has excellent dishes and a good environment. For a restaurant that is located off of the main campus, however, the food at China Panda, which is off of State Street towards Walmart, is delicious. Offering a mix of Japanese and Chinese cuisine, as well as sushi, it’s a hit for someone looking for good asian. That’s all! And thanks for your input…
