Do you plan on making a trip to Europe soon? If you are, you may, or may not know where you want to go. Since there are so many places that you can visit, I wanted to point out some of my favorites, as well as others that thousands of people online have recommended. Each destination has it’s own unique thing that you may enjoy.
- Barcelona, Spain: An older city with so much character and history. Visit the La Rambla, visit the Musea Picasso, where you can check out Picasso’s youth, as well as visit tons of art fairs, as well as musical concerts.
- Amsterdam, Netherlands: Amsterdam has one of the greatest atmospheres in Europe. Visit history, and check out the beautiful landscapes such as the canals, as well as the cobbled streets.
- Paris, France: Everyone has heard of Paris. From the Eiffel Tower to the architecture. This place is a must visit before you die. It’s great for people watching, as well as the side street cafes.
- Venice, Italy: Another big name that many of you have heard of. Another city packed filled with history. Take a ride in a gondolas, and enjoy the sights and sounds from the canals.
- Istanbul, Turkey: Many people don’t think about Turkey, when they think about Europe. It’s an older city, and is pretty different compared to the other cities mentioned above.
- Prague, Czech Republic: This is one of the most popular places to visit when you head down to Europe. This city is well over 600 years old, and people come solely based on the architecture, as well as seeing a piece of history.
- London, England: The New York of Europe. If you love nightlife, the big city attitude, as well as shops, and food, London is a must see when taking a stroll over to Europe.
These are obviously more cities than the ones listed above. I would highly recommend that you check out the ones above. Do your research, and find out which ones appeal the most to you!
