If you love horseracing, then you will surely enjoy two popular racecourses near Naas. You can visit Punchestown Racecourse and Naas Racecourse. If you want to experience the Punchestown Race Festival, you had better scheduled your trip there on the month of May. They also have a music festival called Oxegen which happens every second weekend of the month of July.
For transportation, they have public railway station at Sallins, used by most peoply now to commute to Dublin, the area where most people work. Trains travel frequently on this station and it can only take thirty minutes to go to Dublin. The town also has the N7 Naas road that has six lanes for carriageway.  There is also an orbital ring road in the town.
