Packing for your next vacation shouldn’t be a stressful ordeal, but rather, it should be a time when you’re getting ready to enjoy yourself, or simply getting away.  If you’re looking for a checklist on what you’re going to need in terms of packing for a trip, I compiled a simple, yet effective list that you can use, in order to ensure that you have all the things that you need.

Medical

  • Any prescriptions that you’re currently on?
  • First aid kits (band aids, pain relievers)

Documents

  • Driver’s License
  • Passport
  • Frequent Flyer Card
  • Airline Tickets / E-Ticket
  • Visa (optional)
  • Photo ID
  • Travelers check, if bringing them

For Men

Now, you’re probably not going to need everything on your list.  What I do when it comes down to packing is I look at the days ahead.  If I’m going to be gone for 7 days, I will bring 8-9 outfits, just in case one gets ruined, etc.  I will also try to determine what I’m going to do each, and every day.  This is going to make it a lot easier to pack, and figure out what yo uneed.

Obviously, you’re going to need toiletry items, and clothing.  It’s up to you to figure out what exactly you’re going to need.  If you’re going to check in at the airport, you will also want to make sure that you’re following the TSA guidelines.
