If you plan on taking a cruise in the near future, you may want to know what kind of cruises are out there, so that you’re more familiar with them. Since there are so many, I wanted to point out the basics, so that it can help with your planning. Each cruise type has a little description next to it.
- 3 day cruise: This cruise is self explanatory. You’ll be on the water for a total of three days.
- 7 day cruise: A cruise that will set forth for a total for seven days.
- Adult only cruise: This is a cruise that is designed only for adults.
- Adventure cruise: This is a cruise that will visit remote locations, that offer an array of activities such as rock climbing, snorkeling, etc.
- Singles cruise: This is designed for those that are looking for a relationship. This is for singles only.
- Christian cruise: This is for those that practice the Christian religion.
- Family cruise: This is designed for families that have either kids, or those looking to take their whole outside family such as Grandma, Uncles, and Cousins.
- Luxury cruise: This is a cruise for those that are looking to live a luxury. While they can be expensive, some find it well worth it.
- Kids cruise: Designed for families with kids. A great example is one such as the Disney cruise line.
- Honeymoon: For those that just got married, and would like to share the experience with others that got married as well.
These are just a few of the main cruise types that are available. There are many more, but these are the most important ones that you may want to try out with either yourself, or your whole family.
