Now before you get started by reading the review, you have to keep in mind that this card does have a pretty hefty annual fee but the airline does reward you by giving you an annual first-class companion certificate.

With the Reserve credit card, you'll get up to 10,000 MQMs with your first purchase. The MQMs are the medallion qualification miles you can use toward your airline tickets or other rewards.

With this card, you're going to get a lot more than just a free airline ticket every year, you're going to get crown room club access for you and two of your guests, access to a new MQM gifting program and greater opportunities to earn miles compared to those other cards.
